Terms and Conditions/ Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all transactions between the purchaser (“Buyer”) and KaCreationCo (“Seller”). By placing an order through KaCreationCo.com, Buyer agrees to all terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies stated below.

All products sold by KaCreationCo are intended for laboratory research use only. Products are NOT intended for:

• Human consumption
• Injection or inhalation
• Diagnostic or therapeutic use
• Veterinary or medical applications

Buyer assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and lawful research application.

Buyer must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase research materials in their jurisdiction. KaCreationCo reserves the right to cancel any order deemed unsafe, suspicious, or non-compliant.

Participation in the KaCreationCo Affiliate Program (“Program”) is limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Enrollment is subject to approval and ongoing review at KaCreationCo’s sole discretion.

Permitted Promotion (Research Use Only)

Affiliates may promote KaCreationCo products only as laboratory research materials. All promotional content must clearly and conspicuously state that products are:

• For research use only
• Not for human or animal consumption
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Affiliates may not make medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, wellness, or performance claims; suggest personal use; provide dosing or administration instructions; or imply human outcomes.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through approved referral links. Commissions apply only to completed transactions that are not refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Payment Method, Schedule & Minimum Balance

Affiliate commissions are paid bi-weekly on the second and fourth Fridays of each month, by the end of the business day (Central Time), via Zelle to the email address provided by the Affiliate.

A minimum payout balance of $10 is required. If the minimum balance is not met, commissions will continue to accrue until the threshold is reached.

Zelle is the exclusive payment method. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining valid Zelle access. If valid Zelle information is not provided, earned commissions will accrue but will not be released until compliance is met. KaCreationCo is not obligated to offer alternative payment methods.

Commission Pause Threshold ($599)

To comply with tax reporting requirements, commission payments may be automatically paused once cumulative commissions reach $599 within a calendar year, unless legally required tax documentation (such as a completed Form W-9) is provided. Earned commissions are held—not forfeited—and released upon compliance.

Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. KaCreationCo does not provide benefits, withhold taxes, or control affiliate marketing methods beyond compliance requirements.

Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to commissions earned. KaCreationCo does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes.

Termination

KaCreationCo may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for activity that creates regulatory, platform, reputational, or payment-processor risk.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Orders are processed in the order received. Shipping times may vary due to demand, availability, or courier performance. Buyer is responsible for accurate shipping information.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only if an incorrect item was shipped. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

By placing an order, Buyer agrees KaCreationCo may send post-purchase communications requesting feedback or reviews. Buyers may opt out at any time.

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes are prohibited. KaCreationCo reserves the right to submit documentation, pursue recovery, report fraud, and restrict future purchases.

KaCreationCo is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or damages arising from research materials. All products are purchased at Buyer’s own risk.

Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to the purchase and research use of products.

KaCreationCo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
